RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our soaps, skincare and home products are always delighted to be in your company, but if for some reason you wish to cancel your order with us and we have not yet shipped your order, you can notify us and we will issue a refund.
If you are not happy with the products you have already received, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return them to us within 30 days of delivery if they are not opened or used in any way. You will have to arrange and pay the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you take all necessary steps and obtain proof of postage.
If the products you wish to return are damaged on delivery, please email us for assistance.
For both cancellations and returns, we will issue a customer choice of store credit or refund.
Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot issue a refund for used or opened products. Refunds will only be made against the credit/debit card used for purchase.
If you have received these products as a gift and are not 100% satisfied, we will happily issue an exchange of products with products of similar value.
